Been there, done that, now just want to meet nice people who have also realised that we have to enjoy ourselves while we can.
Once this meant going to ballet and opera at the Royal Opera House as often as I could but not since I moved to Somerset, long lunches with friends, old and new, and whoever and whatever that comes along that sounds interesting and enjoyable. And wondering if she will like my choice of flowers . . . .
I have now moved to Taunton so the music may change. I like architecture and there is much to see in the West Country, as well as country house sales to find furniture for that brookside cottage that might leap out at me one day. I am so fortunate in that my daughter has two year old twin boys nearby and insists that I see then at least once a week.

A woman who will engage me with her mind and open doors to new experiences, so that I will say Wow! whenever I see her. So I guess she'd have to be the kind of woman who would make a bishop kick holes in a stained glass window, or a nun with a past.
