I like to dress nice and smell nice but equally happy to get my hands dirty around the house and garden, I’ve renovated a few in my time. Or throw on my walking boots and go for a hike.
I am active and enjoy yoga, aerobics, the gym, swimming, walking and being outdoors . I love weekend breaks, cities with great architecture, travel, good food/wine, cinema and theatre. I chill out enjoying music, exercise, walking, visiting a country house, gardening, lunch in the local and spending quality time with my family and friends .
I can be really good fun & love good conversation to learn all about you and your life experiences. I’m sensitive & caring, I run my own business offering private support to families dealing with a dementia diagnosis. I also work as a Complimentary Therapist.
