About her
Hi there, I'm a down to earth and friendly person with quite an easy going nature and like to see the funny side of things. I can be reserved initially, depending on who I meet but soon warm up in the right company. I'm also independent but but have plenty of space for a special someone in my life.
I come from Ireland originally but grew up mostly in London. I have a close family and we stay in both here and in Ireland, Dublin mostly.
Music and film are interests of mine. I also enjoy DIY. I like the sense of satisfaction after I've finished something. Even if it's just hanging a picture.
I live very close to the river so enjoy regular walks along it. Either towards London Bridge or down towards Rotherhithe. Living in central London can get too busy and noisy for me at times, so escaping to a park or the country side is a great pleasure. I love nature and would like to move a bit further out of London at some point.
I'm very interested in history, including local history. I really enjoy art. I do draw and paint but haven't done much lately so I want to get back into it.
I like to keep active and try to keep fit. I eat healthily but don't crucify myself with it, if I fancy fish and chips I have it.
I've got two adult children, one of each. I work in the community for the NHS.. I'm not a nurse, in case you're wondering.
I have 3 sisters and we try to get together, along with the rest of the family as often as possible.
About her ideal match
My ideal match would be Michael Fassbender but ok back to reality. I'd like to meet an easy going sort of man who is confident in himself but not arrogant. Who is reasonably fit, intelligent and emotionally mature. Also there needs to be a physical and emotional attraction.
I'd like us to share some interests but think it's good to have some separate interests too. I think we need to have a similar sense of humour as I think humour is majorly important in life and in a relationship.
I would like to find a serious relationship if that develops but will have to see how things go. On that note, see you on the other side.
