About her
Above all I think my friends would describe me as loyal, friendly, warm fun loving (funny?1?), honest and well organised. Overall, I want to live life to the full, energetically and have a positive impact on people I meet.
I am nearing the end of my professional life and now work part time. This should enable me to do more travelling in the UK and abroad - maybe with a companion? (NB I would give up work in an instant if the right man came along!).
I really like music and have an eclectical taste, ranging from classical, rock, folk, and I frequently go to concerts when I can.
I enjoy cooking and entertaining close friends. I haven't done as much of that as I would have liked but hope to rectify this year.
I like being in the countryside, with occasional trips to the town. I like gardening , except in the rain!
I think personality and intellect is more important than looks - sadly none of us are in our 20s/30s any more and if we were we would probably not be so interesting.
I enjoy company but also like my own space. I not looking for a hand in glove relationship but more of a symbiotic partnership were we are both independent, but also supportive of each other where the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. Oh and I am absolutely rubbish at flirting - just saying!

I am looking for a warm, kind, empathetic man who is easygoing and fun to be with, and if possible, not bad at communication.
Realistically I would be most comfortable with someone how has lead a professional life and is quite bright.
I think having common interests would be useful but I like to learn so sharing some of yours too would be .
Smoking would be an absolute dealbreaker. I have seen first hand the damage it does. I also struggle with extreme lateness!
