About her
My friends describe me as inspiring, empathic, resilient, caring, intelligent, real and mad: I have just cycled across South America. I can be very organised and practical but surprise myself sometimes at my spontaneity; it all depends what life puts before me.
I tend to travel rather than holiday, often with a backpack, through cities and countryside alike. Time isn't a constraint only my own imagination.
At this wonderful age I really am living my best life, in every sense. I have knowledge, wisdom and experience collected along the way and the appetite for adventure and love.
I question rather than judge and have room to learn something new.
My sense of humour is sharp but I laugh spontaneously at slapstick (hope no one gets hurt), which I really can't help.
Style wise, I am individual, quirky and modern. I rarely wear heels even though I love them, as they are instruments of torture, but I am a small package of fun
My working career has spanned political lobbying, teaching and counselling as well as running a business; I know something about a lot of things and am interested in knowing more.
My favourite activities are cycling, writing (I have two books in my head but they are reluctant to come out into daylight), and looking at art and go each year to New York for the Outsider Art fair. I also play bridge, badly, walk go to music events and so on.
