I am loyal, affectionate, passionate about my work and my family, love a good meaningful conversation and pretty easy going generally. I am independent and have a fascinating job and great kids but they are getting older and starting to plan their own paths in life. I've dedicated my time for many years to my children and my business and now that I have more time for me I'd love someone to find someone else deserving of my attention ;).

I can see the benefits of social media; (I am sufficiently old enough to remember a time when we had to visit each and every friend and acquaintance in turn if we wanted to show them what we were having for breakfast!) but I just don't understand the need to document every aspect of one's day on Facebook. If you spend so much time photographing your life and experiences that you aren't really present in the moment to enjoy it then I'm not sure we'll get on, but I'm open to persuasion.
I'm looking for someone I can respect and admire, someone who makes me laugh, mutual love and affection, and of course the elusive 'spark'. I am a bit 'heightist', I'm sorry, I know its shallow and I'm sure there are lots of lovely vertically challenged men out there but we all have our pet turns offs, I'm just being honest.
