Why should you get to know Vespre?
I'm semi-retired (working only part-time).
I love the outdoors, walking, gardening, just being outside. In fact promoting the outdoors and its benefits for health has been part of my work.
My hobbies and interests are quite diverse - I am very interested in travel, wildlife, music, architecture, archaeology, astronomy, heritage, art, geology, dance, photography, aviation, sailing, languages. I enjoy crafts and antiques fairs and like to dabble in some crafts and painting myself.
I love music and have an eclectic taste; I like classical and early music as well as R&B, blues, some jazz and funk.
Some of my passions and likes: stargazing, beach combing, watching clouds or the crashing waves of a rough sea or the marvels of lightening, sunsets, bonfires, picnics on a beach, a good wine in front of a log fire, exploring new places and people and so much more.......oh...and laughing.
I'm inquisitive and adventurous by nature. I would prefer to be walking than going to the gym; watching wildlife to watching TV; and would be far more interested in a trek to some remote outpost than a package holiday.
I'm easy going, and though I do prefer the countryside, or coast, I'm equally at ease in cities, absorbing the atmosphere, visiting museums, galleries, cathedrals, or just sitting with a coffee watching the human race pass by!
My dress sense ranges from jeans to something more sophisticated when the need arises.
My friends tell me I'm a special person - I would like to think that I might be. I've got an abundance of love to give, and it would be lovely to meet a wonderful man to share life with again.

Is there such a thing as an ideal match?
I'm just as likely to click with someone who I am attracted to for their personality, wit and sparkle. But surface charm is not enough! He should be well read, intelligent, truthful and honest, but equally and genuinely kind, caring and loving. He should have a sharing mindset and a genuine wish to get to know me; I have no interest in self-centred 'singular' thinking in a would-be partner! I have very well developed 'bulls..t detectors'.....; though I might like to be wooed, there is no room for veneered, short lived commitment in my heart.
If you have an interest in nature, music or any of the things I like, you don't mind getting stuck in to healthy debating and sharing knowledge, you are happy with being flexible and don't feel threatened by spontaneity and openness - then we'll probably get on very well. However, if your passions encompass football or watching lots of TV, you are secretive and complicated, then I'm not the woman for you!!
